Refund Policy
At Revive Nation, all services, memberships, consultations, and treatment plans are personalized to each patient. Because provider time, care coordination, lab review, administrative processing, and treatment planning begin once services are scheduled or initiated, payments are generally non-refundable.
Membership fees, consultation fees, lab fees, and prescription-related costs are non-refundable once processed. Medications, supplements, injectables, or pharmacy-dispensed products cannot be returned or refunded once ordered, shipped, or dispensed.
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
